☠ Once payment is verified it will be shipped within 72 hours and tracking will be provided at that time via Paypal (*International orders may take longer to ship*)
☠ I ship using 2-3 Day USPS Flat Rate Priority boxes for all domestic orders. (comes with tracking and insurance)
☠ International orders are shipped by cheapest method that includes tracking and insurance.
☠ A tracking number will be provided as soon as item has been shipped and I have access to my computer.
☠ A return address label with my PO Box and initials N.S on the return address label will be put on each order.

☠ Order Cancellation is allowed only before item is shipped. I try to ship quickly and orders can be sent out within an hour of purchase up to 72 hours. If you are looking to cancel feel free to contact me. If I haven't shipped yet orders may still be canceled, but if I have already shipped this will no longer be an option.
☠ Refunds are not offered on shipped product as all items are sold as is.
☠ Returns are not accepted due to the nature of sexual wellness products. As I have no way of knowing whether or not an item has been used and unfortunately cannot take the word of buyers over the internet, I cannot accept returns. This is also why canceling orders is only allowed before an item is shipped.

☠ Crafted items may have minor air-bubbles or faults, however, they will not impede use.
☠ All product on this site is to be considered novelty items.
☠ Product is made/packaged in a pet-friendly household. I do wash and package items in plastic in a room away from them to prevent as much lint and pet hair as possible from creation to shipping but please still keep this in mind. Please be aware of this when ordering especially if you have any allergies.
